Our History

We are a laboratory specializing in chromosome analysis for postnatal patients and patients with hematologic malignancies, performing testing using standard techniques and the FISH (Fluorescence in situ Hybridization) technique. When the number or structure of chromosomes is abnormal, it can lead to disease. Our laboratory is responsible for preparing chromosomes and detecting chromosomal abnormalities, work that requires specialized experts. At our laboratory, we have experts in chromosome analysis using both standard methods and special techniques.

At present, the treatment of many types of cancer relies on the results of the patient's chromosome analysis, leading to the selection of an appropriate treatment approach and the monitoring of treatment outcomes. Accurate chromosome results are extremely important for the treatment of cancer patients, especially in patients with hematologic malignancies. Therefore, a good laboratory is one of the key factors in patient treatment.

Our laboratory operates with a focus on the accuracy of the results reported to physicians and patients, under ISO9001-2010 quality certification and participation in the educational program of the CAP (College of American Pathologists). We continuously develop our work and are constantly adding new tests according to physicians' needs, for the benefit of patient treatment.
